Living in regional Victoria, Grace* wanted an HCP provider who would actually return calls.

The Upwards Living’s remote InHome Support team set up a fortnightly video checkins and with Grace’s consent shared Grace client portal with Grace’s daughter so Grace’s daughter can track carer notes in real time.

Her phsysio sessions now run like clockwork, and roster gaps are filled before she even notices.
