What aged care services do we offer?
Our aged care services focus on your essentials – those things that help you stay independent and well at home. These supports are tailored to you – with flexibility to change as your needs evolve.
What is aged care support?
Aged care support helps older Australians live independently, safely and comfortably — whether at home or in the community. It’s designed to provide practical help with day-to-day tasks, health needs and social connection, while promoting choice and dignity every step of the way.
You might be eligible for aged care services if:
- You’re 65 years or older (or over 50 if you’re Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander)
- You need support with daily tasks, personal care or mobility
- You’re finding it harder to live independently at home
- You would benefit from support to stay connected and active in your community

The Australian Government may subsidise your services through an aged care funding program, or you can choose to pay for services privately.

FAQs for Aged care Support
We know there can be a lot to consider when choosing aged care support. To make things easier, we’ve answered some of the most common questions below. If you’d like to chat about your specific situation, we’re here to help.
What’s the difference between aged care and disability support?
Aged care support is designed specifically for older Australians, while disability support is for people under 65 living with a permanent disability. Some services may overlap, but the funding programs and eligibility differ.
Am I eligible for aged care services?
If you’re over 65 (or over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people), you may be eligible for government-funded support. We can help you check your eligibility and guide you through the My Aged Care assessment process.
Can I get help at home?
Yes. Many of our aged care services are delivered in your home, including personal care, domestic support, and help with meals or medication.
How often can I get support?
It depends on your NDIS plan and what funding has been allocated. We can help review your plan and work out what’s available.
Do I need a referral to get started?
You’ll need to go through My Aged Care to access government-funded services, but we can help you with the referral and assessment process. You can also access some services privately if you prefer.
What costs are involved?
Costs can vary depending on the type of care and whether it’s government-funded or private. We’ll explain everything upfront and help you understand your options — or you can download our fees and charges guide.
