Sarah* lived with schizophrenia, an intellectual disability and low mobility. Constant moves between providers left her anxious and isolated. In March 2024 she moved into an Upwards Living SIL home. Our support workers co-designed a soothing daily rhythm, installed grab rails and set up an adjustable crafting table so she could pick up knitting again.
