Posted on

Read Time – hello from the saved content!

your services will continue with no interruption. Support at Home simply replaces the HCP program on 1 November 2025.

Funding – same level of support

Your current package level will convert to an equivalent Support at Home classification automatically. No new assessment, no paperwork.

Services – continuing and expanding

Keep your trusted care workers and schedule. Over time, you may access extras like restorative care or dedicated funds for home modifications.

Fees – no surprises

The Government’s ‘no‑worse‑off’ rule means you will not pay more than you do now. Clinical services remain free, and you only pay for the non‑clinical services you use.

What do you need to do?

Nothing yet. Close to November we’ll update your service agreement and answer any questions. For you, the change should feel seamless.

Upwards Living is an independent provider; we are not part of the Australian Government. Eligibility and funding are determined by the NDIA / My Aged Care.
